Both deliver NAD+; the difference is dose and time.

• IM injection, $100. In and out in about 15 minutes. Best suited to a regular cadence — this is what most of our clients come back for, and it is our single best-selling treatment.
• IV infusion, $250. A high dose of 250 to 500mg delivered slowly. Takes longer than our other drips specifically to keep absorption comfortable. Best as a periodic full reset.

IM injections — often called lunchtime shots. The injection takes seconds and you are out in under 10 to 15 minutes.

IV therapy — most infusions run 30 to 60 minutes. High-dose NAD+ takes longer, deliberately, to ensure comfortable absorption.

The process is comfortable and involves only a quick, tiny pinch. Most clients find the session relaxing. There is zero downtime — you can return to your day immediately.

Most healthy adults are. We review your medical history first. IV therapy is generally not appropriate if you have kidney disease, congestive heart failure or certain electrolyte disorders, since fluid and mineral loads need medical supervision in those cases. We will tell you if an infusion is not right for you.

It depends on the treatment and your goal. B12 and the NAD+ shot can be frequent — many clients do the NAD+ IM every one to two weeks. Beauty Boost or Myer's for a general lift is usually every 2 to 4 weeks. High-dose NAD+ infusions are typically run as a short series then spaced out. We will map a cadence rather than sell you a subscription.

Yes. Many clients pair an infusion with Botox or skin rejuvenation in the same visit, since neither requires downtime. An infusion during a microneedling numbing window is a common combination.
