These terms cover your use of this website and set expectations around pricing, appointments and results. They do not replace the consent forms you sign before any treatment.

Accepting These Terms

By using www.anatomicl.com, booking an appointment, or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This Website Is Not Medical Advice

Everything on this site — treatment descriptions, dosing guides, unit ranges, FAQs, pricing estimates and before-and-after photographs — is general information, not medical advice.

Reading this site does not create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. Nothing here should be used to diagnose a condition or decide on treatment. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is a clinical judgement that can only be made in person, after we review your medical history.

Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your anatomy, muscle strength, skin quality, age, medical history, how your body metabolises a product, and how closely you follow aftercare.

Before-and-after photographs on this site are of real AnatomicL clients, published with their written consent, and are not retouched to alter the result. They illustrate what is possible — they are not a promise of what you will achieve.

No treatment outcome is guaranteed, and no refund is offered on the basis that a result did not meet an expectation that was not clinically agreed beforehand.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Where a price is shown as a range or as a "from" figure, your actual cost depends on the units or syringes used, which is agreed with you before any treatment begins.

Promotional and package pricing may be time-limited and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. Unused package units are credited to your account for future visits as described at the time of purchase.

Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to book.

Appointments, Cancellations And No-Shows

We operate by appointment only, which means a reserved slot that goes unused cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice.

Cancellation and no-show fee

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies if you:

• cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or
• do not attend a scheduled appointment

The fee is charged to the card held on file, or added to your next visit. We waive it for genuine emergencies and for first-time occurrences at our discretion — just tell us what happened.

Late arrival

If you arrive late we will treat you if time allows, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment so the clients after you are not delayed.

Our discretion

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate or not safe for you. No fee applies in that situation.

Payment And Financing

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also offer financing through Klarna and Affirm.

Klarna and Affirm are independent third parties. Any credit agreement is between you and them, governed by their terms, and approval is at their discretion. AnatomicL is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for their decisions, fees or servicing.

Gift Cards And Online Purchases

Gift cards and any products purchased through this site are redeemable at AnatomicL for services or goods, are not redeemable for cash except where required by New Jersey law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Any expiry or additional terms are stated at purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, layout, photographs, graphics, the AnatomicL name and logo — is owned by AnatomicL Medical Aesthetics or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content or client photographs for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Brand names such as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Juvederm, Restylane and Evolysse are trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe products we use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those manufacturers.

Photography And Consent

We photograph treatment areas for the clinical record. Those photographs are never published publicly unless you sign a separate, specific media consent.

Media consent is entirely voluntary, is never a condition of treatment or of any discount, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing Info@anatomicl.com. We will remove the images from our own channels promptly. We cannot always retrieve content that has already been reshared by others.

Third-Party Links

This site links to third parties including our booking platform, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and our financing partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every price, unit range or description is free of typographical error. Where an obvious error appears, we will honour the correct price rather than an erroneously published one.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, AnatomicL and its owners, providers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence in the delivery of clinical care, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Care delivered at our clinic is governed by your treatment consent forms and by New Jersey law, not by these website terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
