That does not mean waiting weeks. Same-day appointments are often available and same-week almost always is — call or text and we will tell you what is open today.

You can expect a reply the same day, and usually within the hour during clinic hours. If you reach out after we have closed, we will come back to you first thing the next morning.

Monday to Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm, by appointment. Evening and Saturday slots book out first, so give a few days of notice if you need one.

Yes. Aesthetic consultations are complimentary with no obligation to book. Every injectable appointment also includes an in-depth facial mapping assessment at no extra charge.

Cash and all major credit cards. There are no consultation fees and no hidden medical clearance charges — the price you see on the treatment page is the price at the desk.

We also offer three ways to spread a treatment over monthly payments. We have partnered with CareCredit for 0% interest financing, and we take Klarna and Affirm at checkout. Each of the next three questions covers one of them.

We have partnered with CareCredit to offer 0% interest financing on every treatment we do. It is a healthcare credit card, not a loan against your treatment — one short application, a decision in minutes, and the thing you have been putting off happens now instead of next year.

How long you get

The larger the treatment, the longer the window — and every one of them is interest free when the balance is paid in full inside it:

• 6 months on $500 or more
• 12 months on $1,500 or more
• 18 months on $3,000 or more

Once you are approved the limit is yours to keep. Use it here whenever you like, and at more than 250,000 other providers — dentists, vets, opticians, veterinary emergencies. It sits separately from your everyday cards, so your normal credit stays free for everything else.

Applying

A few minutes at carecredit.com, and you will know before you have finished your coffee. Apply ahead of your visit if you would rather walk in already approved, or we will take you through it at the appointment. Tell us when you book and we will hold the time.

Both split a purchase into scheduled installments at the point of payment. You see the number of payments, the amount of each, and any interest before you agree — nothing is applied retroactively the way it is with a deferred-interest promotion.

They also reach the amounts CareCredit does not. A $399 microneedling session or a $199 filler dissolve can be split through Klarna or Affirm, but sits below CareCredit's $500 promotional minimum.

Approval is usually a soft check and takes seconds at checkout.

For most people it is CareCredit on the 6-month plan. Almost everything on our menu clears the $500 minimum, and six months is a comfortable runway on a single treatment.

• Under $500 — Klarna or Affirm.
• $500 or more — CareCredit, 6 months, interest free.
• A full treatment plan — ask about the 12 and 18-month options at $1,500 and $3,000.
• You want every payment fixed up front — Klarna or Affirm, any amount.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows, since an appointment-only slot that goes unused cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice. We waive it for genuine emergencies — just tell us what happened.
